Physical Therapist
The licensed Physical Therapist will assess, diagnose, treat, and help prevent disorders related to balance, range of motion, coordination, strength, body awareness, motor planning, functional mobility, and delays in gross motor development to pediatric patients in Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas. Physical Therapists will use qualitative and quantitative assessment methods, including standardized tests, to analyze and diagnose the nature and extent of impairments to develop an individualized plan of care, tailored to each patient’s needs. They are also required to work with family members to recognize and change movement and behavior patterns that impede motor function and show them functional techniques to utilize at home.
Available areas: Love Field/Bachman area, 635/75, Garland, Mesquite/Balch Springs, 175 & 635, White Rock Lake area, Oak Cliff, DeSoto/Duncanville/Lancaster, Arlington, South Fort Worth
Speech Therapist
The licensed Speech-Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, treat, and help to prevent disorders related to speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency to pediatric patients in Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas. Speech-Language Pathologists will use qualitative and quantitative assessment methods, including standardized tests, to analyze and diagnose the nature and extent of impairments to develop an individualized plan of care, tailored to each patient’s needs. They are also required to work with family members to recognize and change behavior patterns that impede communication and treatment and show them communication-enhancing techniques to utilize at home.

Occupational Therapist
The licensed Occupational Therapist will assess, diagnose, treat, and help to prevent disorders related to upper extremity strength and coordination, fine motor skills, visual motor skills, handwriting, self-care, sensory processing and modulation skills, and attention to task, to pediatric patients in Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas. The Occupational Therapist will use qualitative and quantitative assessment methods, including standardized tests, to analyze and diagnose the nature and extent of impairments to develop an individualized plan of care, tailored to each patient’s needs. They are also required to work with family members to recognize sensory and behavior patterns that impede functional performance and show them adaptive techniques to utilize at home.
Available areas: Dallas area Head Starts, 635/75, Addison, Garland, DeSoto/Duncanville/Lancaster, Mesquite/Balch Springs, Cockrell Hill, Pleasant Grove, White Rock area, East of 67/35 split, Fort Worth

Billing Coordinator
Minimal Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalency degree (GED)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to exhibit professional maturity
• Not have been convicted of a felony
Minimum Job Responsibilities:
• Reports to Billing Director
• Bills all Medicaid/HMO’s for therapy.
• Verifies each daily note date matches the therapists’ timesheet prior to billing
• Posts time sheets into Accounts Receivable
• Back-bill for all unpaid claims prior to filing deadlines
• Assists Billing Director and billing department when necessary
• Be a team player in the KidsCare Therapy staff to file, answer phones, create charts, and accept assigned tasks when needed
Clinical Services Coordinator
Minimal Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalency degree (GED)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Not have been convicted of a felony
• Be able to communicate in English and Spanish (orally and in writing)
Minimum Job Responsibilities:
• Reports to Quality Assurance Director
• Assists Quality Assurance Director with a specified quota of monthly chart audits to locate discrepancies in patient files
• Maintains organized documentation related to discrepancies found in patient files
• Assists Quality Assurance Director with patient grievances, specifically with Spanish-speaking families
• Assists Social Worker with translation specific to patient needs
• Assists Case Conference Coordinator with monthly case conferences as needed
• Assists therapists with Spanish translation for patient evaluations and reevaluations
• Maintains organized, accessible logs to track time management
• Present a friendly and professional image when representing KidsCare Therapy
• Be a team player in the KidsCare Therapy office staff to assist with all assigned tasks when needed
