HR Generalist Dallas
Job Description:
Our HR Generalist position performs a variety of human resource activities at our Dallas, TX office, including new hire orientation, background checks, personnel file maintenance, benefits administration, training, policy compliance, performance management, payroll, assist department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the assigned employee personnel files and electronic files
- Assists with annual Open Enrollment process for employee benefits, as well as the day to day benefit questions and tasks
- Responsible for FMLA and Short Term Disability leave management
- Recommend new approaches and ideas for continual improvements in efficiencies and services performed
- Maintain a strong working relationship with Therapists, Administrative Staff, and Management
- Maintain compliance with all applicable employment legislation, as well as home health care state requirements
- Responsible for learning payroll and being the backup for the HR Coordinator
- Assists the HR Manager with projects as needed and assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related area
- PHR/SPHR Preferred
- Minimum of 3-4 years of Human Resource experience required, health care experience preferred
- Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills needed
- The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, professional, and ability to exercise proper judgement
Required Skills:
- Strong MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required
- Experience with ADP, Blue Ocean, or similar payroll system
Translator, Part-Time Waco
Job Descripton:
To bridge the language barrier of KidsCare Therapy staff and therapists with the client families, and promote direct communication with the ability to translate between Spanish and English.
Responsibilities:
- Translate between Spanish and English for Therapist and Client Families
- Maintain documentation on Homecare Homebase regarding translations, visits, and any communication needing translation
- Available to assist staff with translations to complete their tasks as needed
- Travel needed to the following TX counties: Bell, Bosque, Coryell, Falls, Hill, Limestone, and McLennan
